Be able to adjust overlap of tonal regions and move their positions up n down

The overlap would go from wide as they are now to narrow like a log control ,ie shadows would only go a little way into mids and highs would never adjust shadows. Once the overlap is smaller be able to shift the boundary or centre pivot up and down ie you could narrow the overlap and then move it down to affect just the bottom 10% of shadows.

        Thanks for the feature request Lewi.
        I'll certainly put some thought into how controllable pivot points for the grading tools might be implemented.
        It's on the list for review.
